Live Training Sessions:
- Refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the training start date.
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions without prior notification.
Pre-Recorded or Digital Courses:
- Refunds will be granted within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been accessed.
- After 25% of the content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Customized Products or Services

For personalized training plans, charts, or materials, refunds are not available once the materials have been delivered.
